Tiana and I never used to watch television since we left for college in the late 90′s, but a little over a year ago, we started watching LOST. And now we’re watching The Wire and Fringe. These are the only shows we’re watching. And the common denominator? Lance Reddick:

For obvious reasons, we think he is best on The Wire (we’re only half-way through season 3, so don’t spoil anything!). Now that he is in Fringe though, I hope he gets woven back into the plot of the 5th and 6th seasons of LOST.
Dude, The Wire rocks! I just got done with them all a couple of weeks ago. It’s definitely one of my favorites series. How do you like it so far?
We love it! It’s definitely a ‘real’ show, as far as fiction goes, if that makes any sense. We’re only about a 1/3rd into the 3rd season so far. I miss some of the characters from the first season, though.
Yeah, I almost teared up when Wallace was shot in season one. I hated Bodie at the point. What I was amazed at is how quickly I was connected to the new characters in each season. Are you noticing how each season takes a look at the city from a different perspective, but yet still through the same characters? It’s really creative. While the dock worker/union focus in season two was intriguing and exciting, I was glad they returned to a Stringer Bell/Barksdale story in season three. Okay, I can feel a long post coming. Peace.
I haven’t seen Fringe but The Wire and Lost are my favorite shows. He’s a great actor.
